Welcome!

My work captures an unconscious moment where people are engaged in some form of intimate exchange— a demonstration of contemporary humanity behaving itself through the ritual of bonding. It’s a voyeuristic journey of my own making which grows richer as I delve into the unique problems of the painted surface.

Light and shadow play an important role in my work because it gives me the opportunity to intensify the graphic qualities of the composition and have fun with the forms. I enjoy it when people look at my work and describe the mood or story that the paintings evoked for them.
